Stan has invested his career in environmental technology businesses. Prior to Recover, he founded, grew and sold a successful waste water treatment business. It was at the same time that he identified the longstanding liabilities associated with drilling waste. After a period of research, bench-scale testing and field trials, this technology was ready for commercial development and Recover was founded.

Shane has more than 20 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with both start-up companies and established corporations in the energy sector.

Paul has more than 25 years of experience in oil and gas facilities engineering and project management, including 10 years managing in-situ thermal heavy oil projects in Alberta’s oil sands.

Nate has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the finance, energy, technology, chemicals and transportation industries, including extensive experience in investment analysis and evaluation.

Mike is a co-founder of Recover and he brings more than 20 years of experience in environmental and regulatory roles in the energy industry of western Canada.

Over 35 years in the drilling fluids service and supply business, with expertise in sales and marketing, application knowledge, product procurement and quality control.
